Welcome to the GRPL Club Jiu Jitsu Brasileiro schedule! We offer a variety of classes throughout the week for adults, kids, and youth. Whether you're a beginner or a competitor, we have classes to suit your level and help you on your journey to self-improvement through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Take a look at our schedule below to see what classes we offer each day.

Sunday

Unfortunately, we don't have any sessions scheduled on Sundays. It's a great day to relax and recharge for the week ahead!

GRPL Club Jiu Jitsu Brasileiro Schedule

Monday

  • 7:00am - 8:30am: Adult Fundamentals with Yan McCane
  • 4:30pm - 5:15pm: Little Ninjas (3-5 yrs old) with Yan McCane
  • 5:30pm - 6:30pm: Kids (6-9 yrs old) with Yan McCane
  • 6:45pm - 7:45pm: Adult Beginners Class with Yan McCane and RP Paraiso
  • 6:45pm - 7:45pm: Youth (10-14 yrs old) with Yan McCane
  • 8:00pm - 9:30pm: Adult Fundamentals with Yan McCane

Start your week off strong with our Adult Fundamentals class bright and early at 7:00am. We also have classes specifically tailored for our little ones in the Little Ninjas class for ages 3-5, as well as the Kids class for ages 6-9. In the evening, we offer an Adult Beginners Class for those who are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, taught by Yan McCane and RP Paraiso. For our older kids, we have a Youth class for ages 10-14. Don't worry if you can't make it in the morning, we offer another session of Adult Fundamentals in the evening.

Tuesday

  • 9:00am - 10:30am: Adult Fundamentals with Yan McCane
  • 4:30pm - 5:30pm: Youth (10-14 yrs old) with Yan McCane
  • 5:45pm - 6:45pm: Kids (6-9 yrs old) with Yan McCane
  • 7:00pm - 8:30pm: Adult Fundamentals with Yan McCane

On Tuesdays, we start the day with another session of Adult Fundamentals at 9:00am. In the afternoon, we have classes for both our older kids and younger kids, followed by an evening class of Adult Fundamentals. No matter your age, we have a class for you to learn and grow in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

In the evening, we have an Adult Beginners Class, perfect for those who are just starting out, as well as a Youth class for our older kids. We end the day with another session of Adult Fundamentals.

Thursdays offer another opportunity for our Adult Fundamentals class in the morning. We also have classes for our youth and kids in the afternoon. Lastly, we end the day with an evening session of Adult Fundamentals.

  • 9:00am - 10:30am: Open Mat
  • 4:45pm - 5:30pm: Little Ninjas (3-5 yrs old) with Yan McCane
  • 5:45pm - 6:45pm: Kids Live Rolls (6-14 yrs old) with Yan McCane
  • 5:45pm - 6:45pm: Youth Live Rolls (6-14 yrs old) with Yan McCane
  • 7:00pm - 8:30pm: Open Mat

Fridays are dedicated to open mat sessions. Whether you want to practice your skills, roll with fellow practitioners, or receive guidance from our instructors, Open Mat is the perfect time to do so. We also have Little Ninjas and Live Rolls classes for our little ones and older kids respectively.

Saturday

  • 8:00am - 10:00am: Wrestling & Adult No Gi with Yan McCane and Michael Abgarian
  • 10:15am - 11:45am: Wrestling & Kids No Gi with Yan McCane and Michael Abgarian
  • 10:15am - 11:45am: Wrestling & Youth No Gi with Yan McCane and Michael Abgarian

Saturdays are all about wrestling and no gi classes. We offer these classes for both adults and kids. If you're interested in exploring a different aspect of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or adding to your skillset, these classes are perfect for you.
